Refund Policy
Refunds
We offer refunds only for our digital products. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days, often sooner.
Digital Products:
- Online courses (subscriptions and single course purchases)
- Ebooks (as PDF)
We offer a 30-days money-back guarantee only for our digital products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t grant you a refund.

Reasons for denied refunds:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny refund requests in cases where we believe a user is abusing the system, including but not limited to the following:
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a user for the same subscription plan
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a user
21 Solutions AB reserves the right to evaluate each account on a case-by-case basis, to warn the user and to start investigations, if necessary.
Physical Products:
Physical books are not eligible for return and refund, unless they have been damaged during transport or if they do not correspond to the item originally ordered. In this last case, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to return a damaged or wrong item, please submit a ticket to our customer support here.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Situation where you are not eligible for a refund of physical books:
Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order. We will not refund shipping fees for wrong addresses on your part or returned shipments.
If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for re-shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, we can issue a refund for that purchase, minus any original shipping charged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider and your bank. There is often some processing time (3 to 6 business days) before a refund is posted.
