Startup for art

Excellent set if youre a beginner just starting out in art and want to get into it. The books were definitely written for this demographic even those that havent even doodled before

Disjointed

Including many different artists was a good idea, but it had poor execution. The books are a hodge podge of short tutorials that don't line up with each other. They don't progress naturally. It's basically a collection of disparate instructionals that can be found online. All 21 Draw did was compile them into one place. Ok, books, but not for the price when all the information can basically be found for free. Extremely disappointed!

Amazing

Very basic drawing experience. No formal training. I purchased these to get better. These books are great. I love having them on my IPad. I definitely recommend.

A good set of reference materials

As a budding (drawing) artist for most of my life, I found these books to be a pretty thorough reference in methods of how to draw. The steps are good, and the subjects to draw are not overly complicated. Overall, a good set of books to have!

Less than expected

This selection was more of a "look at some successful artists" and less on teaching you anything. There was some cool and interesting tips, sprinkled in but too few for the price.
